Application monitoring | ESYSTA S-T-A-R-T project

The observational study involves the use of an automatic, wireless telemonitoring system for all insulin-treated diabetics (type 1 and type 2) with the ESYSTA system (App & Portal, DiGA) in the outpatient care environment of statutory health insurance physicians in Berlin and Brandenburg.

The aim of this project “S-T-A-R-T” (Systematic Trial with Analysis of Results in Telemedicine) is the further metabolic optimization by means of digital diabetes management of patients suffering from diabetes mellitus type 1 and type 2 by general practitioners and specialists in statutory health insurance care.
