How to integrate your FreeStyle Libre into ESYSTA!
Integrate your FreeStyle Libre into ESYSTA in 3 steps
- Open LibreView and download glucose values
- Log in to the ESYSTA portal and import
- Benefit from the ESYSTA Assistant
Your FreeStyle Libre glucose values are then visible in the ESYSTA portal.
In the ESYSTA app, they are processed and taken into account in the ESYSTA Assistant and you can benefit from our smart tips.
Prerequisite:
– you have a Libre View account
– you have a valid ESYSTA DiGA activation code
Don’t have a code for the first diabetes app on prescription yet?
The digital health application (DiHA) ESYSTA has been tested by the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM) and included in the DiGA directory.
This makes ESYSTA the only diabetes app available on prescription that can automatically keep your diary and help you with your daily diabetes management.

Below you will find step-by-step instructions:
Step 1:
Log in to LibreView (https://www.libreview.com)
and click on “Download glucose values” at the top right.
Step 2:
Confirm the ReCapture.
Step 3
Save your LibreView glucose values to your computer.
Step 4
Log in to the ESYSTA portal (as a doctor: https://doc.esysta.com or as a patient: https://portal.esysta.com).
Click on “Diary” in the top menu bar and then on “Import files” in the left-hand menu.
Step 5
Click on the “Browse” field and select the .csv file with your LibreView glucose values that you have saved on your computer (see step 3).
Click on the “Import files” field.
Step 6
Sobald die Daten erfolgreich importiert sind, erscheint ein grüner Kasten mit einer Bestätigung.
Step 7
Your FreeStyle Libre glucose values can then be viewed in your ESYSTA diary in the ESYSTA portal.
Your FreeStyle Libre glucose values are taken into account in the ESYSTA Assistant on your ESYSTA app, so you can benefit from the smart tips.
